Work For All is The Twisting Ducks new apprenticeships and traineeships project.

Funded by EDIF and NIACE, and working in partnership with Newcastle City Learning, Work For All will be an interactive film-based toolkit that promotes employment and work based learning for all people with learning disabilities. The toolkit will profile some of the excellent work programmes already running in the North East and will give practical information and advice for employers, people with learning disabilities, parents and carers.

How YOU can get involved

Employers: Come along to our city centre breakfast morning at Brunswick Methodist Church, Blackett Street on 28th May from 8:30 - 9:30 am

A chance to see the launch of our toolkit, chat to advisors and hear from other employers about the opportunities they have offered people with learning

disabilities in their work place. AND... grab a free tasty breakfast!

More events across Tyne and Wear coming up, so watch this space.....

People with learning disabilities, and supporters: A chance to be part of our film! Get in touch if you have a paid job or are on a work based learning programme.

Advice and support organisations: Please let us know what services you offer to support people into employment, so that we can include these in our toolkit.
