The Access for All topic group is a sub group of the Tyne & Wear Joint Local Access Forum, known as a Topic Group.

The key purpose of Access for All is to make sure that the life experience of disabled people is raised in any consultation on access within the Local Access Forum and with relevant Local and Highway Authorities.

Access for All is a place for disabled people and their carers to report issues regarding access to open spaceswhere a statutory Local Access Forum letter of advice to the relevant Authorities could help.

Consideration of a visit to a site of concern by members of Access for All would always precede such a letter.
