Local Dance CIC Bee Enchanted have two sessions running for nine weeks, for the over 55 age group, stating Monday 9th May 2022. We are very excited to be launching an exciting new project with HOME community opera in collaboration with Penella Bees ACE funded GLOW Northern Lights.

Session One:  Seated session focusing on strength, movement, falls prevention and fun.

Times: 10.30am to 11.30am (stay until 12pm for a social).

Cost: £4 including refreshments (if money is a barrier, then free or donation). 

Session Two: Moderate session focusing on dance, working towards performances including at Home Opera. 

Times: 11.30am to 12pm (social) then 12pm to 1pm for the session.

Cost: £4 including refreshments (if money is a barrier, then free or donation).
