The one to one friendship mentoring project

Friends Action North East (FANE) offers a one to one mentoring project and groups for people with a learning disability and autistic people in the North East. The project is for people who would like to develop new and existing friendships, learn friendship skills and be more active in their own community by becoming a Friendship Finder.

FANE’s friendship mentoring project creates real opportunities for people to do this with support from a volunteer friendship mentor.
